marshall 2017-12-21 18:36:32 @gcast absolutely you can assert new schema at any time
gcast 2017-12-21 18:37:58 do you per chance know where I may read about that? for some reason its not working for me.
marshall 2017-12-21 18:38:18 what specifically isnt working?
gcast 2017-12-21 18:39:23 well I transact and it appears to succeed but then I run this query,
[:find ?attr ?type ?card
and the new attributes are not there
               [?c :db/ident ?card]]
[?t :db/ident ?type] [?a :db/ident ?attr] [?a :db/cardinality ?c] [?a :db/valueType ?t] [_ :db.install/attribute ?a] :where :in $
marshall 2017-12-21 18:39:33 did you get a new value of the db after you transacted the schema?
gcast 2017-12-21 18:40:34 yes
marshall 2017-12-21 18:41:02 might want to look at these schema queries:
gcast 2017-12-21 18:42:05 hmm well I just noticed that I do not do a blocking take when I transact I put the transact call in a do
marshall 2017-12-21 18:42:33 you’ll want to look at the returned value to make sure it was successful
gcast 2017-12-21 18:43:06 ok. thank you
eoliphant 2017-12-21 19:13:20 ah… duh :disappointed: lol, totally missed that, was pinging the actual transactor (e.g 4334) listener Thanks!
gcast 2017-12-21 19:16:18 -_- forgot to request latest db before querying to confirm schema txs
marshall 2017-12-21 19:41:16  that’ll do it
