It was a coding task, in the office but on a computer - they were allowed to use anything and the task was one of the exact ones the senior was solving yesterday. The interviewee left an office after ~15 minutes after we left him. We thought he went to the toilet but he never returned

theckman 2017-12-13 00:54:17 This time around I had two interviews where we paired on stuff. One was remote using my own laptop, one was with a vanilla OS X workstation. Was weird not having my own editor, but I made do. The one where it was on my own system, we spent way too much time trying to optimize my Go implementation. He was just happy someone solved it in Go, and wanted to play around with it. Lol.
