scoop7 2017-10-17 15:34:52 I think work work work is Rihanna's trademarked
miscbits 2017-10-17 15:37:08 @tomirons that works with greater than and less than if its lexicographic if its numeric, so you want like xyy to show up but not xy, then you'd need to convert those to numerics but x would because x comes before xyz so a wouldn't return cause a comes before abc
tomirons 2017-10-17 15:41:07 @miscbits I'm looking to slice off anything from the collection after and before two ids
miscbits 2017-10-17 15:41:39 so would you want the case of xy to be in the collection at the end basically would you consider xy to be before abc?
tomirons 2017-10-17 15:42:11 so if I have ['123', '234', '345', '456', '567', '678', '789', '890'] I would want anything from 345 to 789
miscbits 2017-10-17 15:42:22 ok then that map function would work its different if you're using strings is all.
tomirons 2017-10-17 15:42:35 they are strings very unique ch_1B6i7wLupAPAO8WvFXRZQJgM they look liket hat ch_1B3n5wLupAPAO8Wv6IGpjAbE
miscbits 2017-10-17 15:43:00 ok. so same question then. in your ideal end result, is xy before abc or is it after abc
tomirons 2017-10-17 15:43:28 what do you mean?
miscbits 2017-10-17 15:44:08 so if your set is ['a', 'ab', 'abc', 'abd', 'x', 'xy', 'xyz'] is that what you want, or would you want x and xy to be filtered out you'd get ['abc', 'abd', 'x', 'xy', 'xyz'] and you ran what ntzm gave you
tomirons 2017-10-17 15:45:49 no they wouldn't need filtered out but I just ran that and the collection returned empty
xtremer360 2017-10-17 15:47:11 If I have this...
@foreach (App\Queries\LongestTitleRunQuery::get() as $reign)
        <@endforeach>
however in the get method of the Query Object I expect to have a title object passed in so I'm wondeing if there's a better way to handle this. {{ $reign->wrestler->name }} {{ "(".$reign->length." days)" }}
